Brooklyn is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Brooklyn follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Can’t park your car, but the facility has it all. Good courts and lighting, food, showers,…

This is a very nice indoor court. It has a great atmosphere and plenty of lighting. Most of the time you should be able to find outside parking around that area.

I was looking forward to playing here for the foreseeable future, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. 1. The facility feels very disorganized. During open play, people line up wherever they want, and the whiteboard system doesn't seem to be followed or enforced, which creates a lot of confusion. 2. The non-DUPR gated open plays can also be frustrating because it relies entirely on self-rated skill levels. This often leads to large differences in ability, making many games one-sided and less enjoyable for everyone involved. 3. The courts themselves also need improvement. There are several noticeable dead spots that affect play, and the lighting combined with the court colors makes it harder to track the ball. I'm also not a fan of the black dividers, as they seem to make visibility even worse. 4. One final issue is the membership cancellation policy. You're required to pay for an additional month before your membership actually ends, which isn't something I expected. Overall, I think the facility has potential, but better organization, improved court conditions, more balanced open play, and a more straightforward membership policy would make a big difference.

I'm a founding gold member at this facility. I've played at nearly every facility in NYC and have been a part of the PB scene for about three years. First off, the courts are well-done. I've played on one court with some dead spots (court 13). Here are my issues: 1. they have not responded to my feedback on Instagram. They've been slow on returning my messages by email or not returning them at all 2. my biggest issue is that they've done little to no advertising and the sessions on weekends aren't filling up. The only playable sessions are weekday evenings which I don't typically do 3. The staff check you in and may provide a wristband for the session, but otherwise newcomers are just told where to go and that's it. There is no onboarding process or introduction to let people know what etiquette is, e.g., two-on-two off, paddle stack or rack adjacent to the court (they're doing it on a whiteboard that isn't always near the court one is registered for) 4. There isn't anyone directing and ensuring sessions are fun or checking in with people for feedback to quickly improve and ensure a good experience 5. The mens restroom has been missing a door handle for days now and it's not real
